Mr. Barsuk has submitted an application for a special use permit and a home occupation permit for property located at 1441 Broadway Rd Darien , NY 14040. Tax map # 11.-1-48.111. The special use permit is for an accessory structure to sell fruits and vegetables. Cabinets and benches are also a possibility. Said hearing will take place  on Monday May 20, 2013 at 8:00 pm at the Darien Town Hall 10569 Alleghany Rd Darien, NY 14040.

Tax map # 3.-1-66 has submitted an application for an addition which will include a surgery room, surgery prep area, laundry room, and a 22 X 20 foot chain link fence to walk the dogs. Said hearing will take place on Monday May 20, 2013 at 7:45 pm at the Darien Town Hall 10569 Alleghany Rd Darien, NY 14040.
